The Artistes Academy is part of our establishment to train and uncover regional/ local Artists or talents as well as sustaining professional musical skills, which could be passed down to generations. Today, we have trained more than 500 trainees in our training division, students/ artists from companies like Overseas Radio and Television (ORTV) & Centre for music, Institute of Technical Education (CEMTA - supported by National Arts Council), Singapore Management University (SMU), 8 Unit, Warner Music Malaysia, Universal Music. We have trained and worked with artists like Kelly Poon, Johnson Wee, Desiree Tan, Angel Ho, Julian Hee, Tang Xiao Kang and many more.  

At the Artistes Academy, we are dedicated to fostering the growth of musical talents and the appreciation of music in Asia. Its mission is to provide a thorough training of the highest order in every aspect of musical principle, technique, interpretation, and expression, thus creating a platform on which Trainee Artistes and faculty can practice and perform.

The Academy's mission also extends beyond its own doors into the surrounding community as a center for the talents to be trained, nurtured and promoted to our Record Label Tiny Box Records (S) Asia.

Our Training Studios has been instituted in late July 2003 year with more facilities and musical instruments to equip our trainees with a realistic touch of music.

Part of our role in talent development work is to conduct music related seminars and conference. Tiny Box has great passion in sharing our musical experiences to musical professionals and aspiring talents in Singapore & beyond.
